I'm leaving on Monday for a Saigon-Angkor Wat-Phuket-Bangkok tour with my family. I just realized I no longer complain about my ISP ever since I processed that new account and upgrade. My connection never conks out of me anymore, ergo I no longer have reason to call the annoying tech support hotline.
